Practice self-care through art activities
I’ve always struggled with my art skills. My brain creativity is endless, but my hands cannot transfer the picture on a paper. This time I tried something new. I let myself introduce the picture of the song “Golden hour” on the paper. In real time, in real colours, in real shapes. After 3 min and 29 seconds, I ended up with a perfection in front of me. And now anybody can look at my mind visualisation while listening to that specific song. For the very first time my hands were enough.

Supporting mental health through art
Art Well is a series of creative workshops that will allow participants to experience the connection between different kinds of art and their well-being. The workshop series starts on August 17th (UPD: First workshop was postponed to August 21st) and from that day continues each Monday until late September. For detailed description of coming workshops, see below:
Experience a self-reflection art session with design on canvas (tote-bags):
- Take a few quiet minutes to imagine your design
- Think about symbols, colours, words, or patterns that represent their emotions, values, or identity
- Light sketching on paper or directly on the bag is optional.
- Begin painting your eco-bag
This creative workshop will take you on an imaginary boat on which you together with other participants will become captains and mapmakers of your own lives. As seasoned seafarers, you will explore the various “roles and masks” as ports along your journey, recording in your logbook what each one offers you and what it hides. By the end of the voyage, you will have created your own inner compass – a map of your authentic values, sources of energy, and core needs – to help you navigate safely through whatever storms life may bring.
