During the seminar, we will explore your ability to experience joy and happiness (expressions that many of us surprisingly forbid ourselves). Similarly, we will also delve into the flip side of the coin: expressing emotions considered ‘negative’ and, therefore, ‘forbidden’ – such as anger, shame, and so on.
